b) scientific studies with the average ranking mark not less than 7.5 are accepted for publication;

c) works in high-quality English have the priority in the admission to publication. At the same time scientific works presented in other widespread (acknowledged as widespread) languages of international communication and also in other languages providing their understanding for a wide range of persons (in such cases materials must be accompanied by extended summaries (abstracts) in English) with high average marks achieved in research analytics championships are also accepted for publication. General number of scientific reports in Russian must not exceed 25% of reports in  every issue of the journal. Pricing policy and payment for publication

Establishing costs of publication in issues of the IASHE, the Academy holds on to the principle of maximum possible ensuring of availability of such publications for the international scientific community.

Cost of publication of scientific studies in issues of the IASHE is predetermined by objective economical prerequisites and the necessity to ensure the self-sufficiency mode of the expert, publishing and typographic activity;

The IASHE directs the major part of its profits as well as possible sponsor and investment contributions to the compensation of expenses, connected with publication of scientific studies. This way cost of such publication is decreased.

Payment for publication of materials in the journal is made by the author or another interested person on the basis of the invoice given by the IASHE on conditions of full preliminary (for reviewed materials) or factual (for materials of the GISAP project participants) payment.

Reviewed scientific studies can be published only upon condition of full preliminary payment (by the author or another interested person) for organizational, administrative and expert services, compensation of expenses of the IASHE and payment of the cost of the necessary number of copies of the journal and shipping.

Participant of the GISAP project research analytics championship must pay for publication of his scientific report in the relevant digest of scientific works. Report of such author corresponding to requirements of publication in the journal (following the results of the research analytics championship), will be automatically published in the journal on the basis of the qualified decision of the IASHE.

In case if the person, whose scientific study has been published in the digest of scientific works of the GISAP project and in the journal, considers it necessary to buy a printed copy of such journal, this person will have to remunerate organizational and administrative expenses of the IASHE, and also for shipping of the publication (this price will be the same as the price for the specified digest of scientific works).

Depending on the scale of scientometric indexing of the journal and the related actual expenses the IASHE additionally establishes payment for scientometric indexing of the relevant author's material (must be made by the author or another interested person).

Cost of realization of the whole procedure of publication of author's researches in periodical sectoral scientific journals is set by the IASHE in the first month of every reporting year. Once a year it may be reconsidered (objective economic reasons must exist for that). Such cost includes actual expenses of the IASHE on implementation of the stated procedure and awarding of experts (reviewers) involved.
